Yokosos

Access management for short-term rentals EN ES

Keyless check-in, automatic and 24/7

Manage access to your apartments remotely and skip the in-person check-in. Every booking generates a PIN code that reaches your guest automatically and works right on the lock's keypad — no apps, no keys, no waiting.

From booking to door code, hands off

  1. 1

    Connect your locks

Pair your TTLock devices and map each one to a unit. State, battery and records show up in one panel.

  2. 2

    Add the reservation

Dates plus guest. Yokosos provisions a door code for exactly that stay — no spreadsheets, no reused PINs.

  3. 3

    The guest walks in

The code works at the keypad, nothing to install. You watch it happen from the access log — and can revoke it at any moment.

Built for operators

Remote open, live state

See every door's state and battery, and open it from anywhere, on any device.

Codes with an expiry date

Each code exists because a stay exists. Check-out passes, the code dies with it.

A full paper trail

Every opening, issue and revocation is recorded — who, which door, when.

Many properties, one panel

Buildings, units, teams and clients, with role-based permissions throughout.

Nothing for guests to install

The code travels in the booking message. The keypad does the rest.

Runs from your pocket

A mobile-first management surface for the people actually on site.

A wifi blip never locks a guest out.

Codes are stored in the lock itself, not fetched from the cloud. If the building loses internet, the keypad keeps working — state and records sync back the moment it returns.

  • No guest app
  • No mobile data at the door
  • No panic when the router dies

Questions, answered

Do guests need to install anything?

No. Guests receive a numeric code with their booking and type it on the lock's keypad. There is no app, no account and no pairing on their side.

Which locks are supported?

Yokosos works with TTLock-compatible hardware today — one of the widest smart-lock catalogs on the market. Lock bindings sit behind a vendor abstraction, so more integrations can be added without changing how you work.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Guest codes keep working, because they live in the lock itself. Remote opening and live state need connectivity, and everything that happened offline syncs back once the connection returns.

Can I cut access short?

Yes. Revoking a provision invalidates the guest's code, and you can trigger it from anywhere — from the office or from your phone at the property.

Who can see the access records?

Access is scoped by role and by property. Your staff sees the doors they manage; you decide who manages what.
